This Website
So far, I'm just trying to get the content down, as I'm still waiting to be inspired to add some cool graphics for my website. Uly's beating me w/ the coolness factor right now, with his weird nose-picking troll thing, but my site will look way way cooler when I'm done! =)

Home Theatre Room

Step 1: Equipment

Projector Screen: homemade (see Uly's screen-building page)
Projector: Dell 3200MP projector
Receiver: Sony STR-DE997 7.1 receiver

Speakers
- Front Speakers: 2 x Polk Audio Ti38 bookshelf speakers
- Center Speaker: Polk Audio CSi40 center speaker
- Surround Speakers: 2 x Polk Audio FXi50 dipole surround speakers
- Rear Surround Speakers: 2 x Polk Audio RTi4 book shelf speakers
- Subwoofer: Polk Audio PS404 subwoofer
- Remote Control: Sony STR-DE997 receiver learning remote control

We used to have a standalone Bravo D1 DVD player (which sucked btw), but I started to itch for an HTPC after I've seen all my other friends build their own. After weeks of trial-and-error, I finally finish building my own Media Center based HTPC! So long, Bravo D1 and second Tivo!

Media Center PC
- Case: Silverstone Lascala LC13 HTPC Case, Black
- Motherboard: NVidia NForce 4
- CPU: AMD Athlon 64 4000+
- Memory: 1GB Samsung DDR
- Graphics: ATI X1300
- Sound: Turtle Beach Riviera
- Analog Tuner
: ATI TV Wonder Elite
- Digital Tuner: DVICO FusionHDTV 5 Lite
- Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech Cordless Desktop EX110
- Remote: Windows Media Center Remote Control
- Wireless: Linksys Wireless USB "G" adapter with Speedbooster
- OS: Microsoft Windows Media Center

Step 2: Screen
After building a bigger screen than our first draft, Uly and I immediately got the urge to build a much bigger screen, and in 16:9 format instead of 4:6.
Since Uly did most of the building anyway, and he has the patience to do the page, you can find the project details on Uly's screen-building page.

Step 2: Furniture
Most of our furniture came from IKEA, 'cause they've got good cheap stuff. Also, our couch doubles as a guest bed!

Step 3: Paint
So far, we think we're gonna go with Behr color #S-H-130, "Red Red Wine".
Or if we feel up to it, we may put some fabric on the walls, or some acoustic treatments.

Step 4: Details
We've got a popcorn maker. I'll let Uly pick the movie posters!

Girly pink bathroom
Right now it's white and plain (getting pinker every day), but someday, it will be very pink and girly. I will draw inspiration from my wedding colors.

Home Improvement Project (The mother of all projects!)

Decorating our new house, this is always in progress. Will probably be in progress until the day we move out.
However, we did make some significant changes, such as painting every single room (no white walls except for
a couple of bathrooms), changing the carpet throughout the house and tiling the kitchen. Here are some before
and after pictures:

After
